To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please send your inquiries to support@brickcontrol.com. This way, a ticket with a tracking number is generated automatically, and we can handle your case without delays.

Here’s a quick reminder of how our support system works:

  • Once a ticket is closed, we can’t process new inquiries by reopening it. If something new comes up, you just need to create a separate ticket by sending a new email.
  • Please avoid opening multiple tickets about the same issue. If you need to add information to an ongoing case, simply reply within the same email thread.
  • If your inquiry is about a different topic, please create a new ticket.
