En todo momento mientras tengas activada la suscripción, puedes descargarte copias de seguridad con todos tus datos a tu disco duro. Cuando te das de baja, guardamos estos datos durante una semana por si necesitas recuperarlos e inmediatamente borramos todos tus datos del datacenter.

¿Cómo puedo cambiar mi dirección de facturación?

Inicia sesión en BrickControl, y en el módulo “Mi BrickControl” accede a la pantalla “Datos de facturación” Desde esta pantalla puedes cambiar la dirección de facturación.

While you have an active subscription, you can download backup copies with all your data to your hard drive any time. Once you unsubscribe, we keep the data for a week in case you need to recover it afterards we immediately delete all your data from the datacenter.

How can I change my billing address?

Log in to BrickControl, and in the “My BrickControl” module access the “Billing information” screen. From this screen you can change the billing address.
